At PigmanShop, we value transparency. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued.
1. All Sales Are Final
- By purchasing from PigmanShop, you acknowledge that all payments are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a product has been delivered, except as required by law.
2. Exceptions (Delivery Issues)
A refund may be considered only if:
- The product was not delivered, or
- The product was delivered in a non-functional state and support is contacted within 48 hours of delivery.
Proof (such as screenshots or error logs) may be required for review.
3. Cryptocurrency Payments
- Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Overpayments cannot be refunded or credited.
- Underpayments may result in cancellation of the order without delivery.
4. No Refunds for Usage Issues
- We do not provide refunds if a product later becomes restricted, banned, or suspended due to buyer activity or third-party enforcement.
- Dissatisfaction with the product after successful delivery does not qualify for a refund.
5. Contact for Disputes
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under this policy, you must contact us on Discord within 48 hours of delivery. After that period, no refund requests will be considered.
