Terms Of Service

At PigmanShop, we provide digital goods and services.
Due to the nature of digital products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

1. No Refunds

By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that all payments are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once delivery has occurred, except where required by applicable law.

2. Delivery Issues & Replacement Only

If a product is not delivered, or is proven to be non-functional at the time of delivery, the buyer may be eligible for a replacement only, not a refund.

All claims must:

  • Be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include sufficient evidence for review (screenshots, logs, etc.)
  • Not result from buyer misuse, modification, or third-party actions

If these conditions are not met, the claim is void.

3. Cryptocurrency Payments

All cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible.

  • Overpayments are non-refundable and may be treated as donations
  • Underpayments may result in order cancellation without delivery

4. No Refunds for Usage or Third-Party Issues

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Account bans, suspensions, restrictions, or terminations
  • Buyer mistakes, negligence, or misuse
  • Dissatisfaction after successful delivery
  • Changes in third-party platform rules or enforcement

All risk is assumed by the buyer at purchase.


Refund Policy Incorporated. By purchasing, you agree to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this agreement.

5. Dispute Procedure

All delivery or product issues must be reported to official support within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to contact support within this window permanently waives any claim.

6. Chargeback & Abuse Policy

Any attempt to dispute a charge, file a chargeback, or reverse payment without contacting support first constitutes abuse and fraud, and results in immediate termination of service with no compensation.
